Combat Crunch Protein Bar Review

Image
Welcome back to Disney Fitness Bro!   This week we are checking out Muscle Pharm’s Combat Crunch protein bar.   Protein bars are good for those long days in the parks and easy on your budget.   I personally like to carry a bar of two with me while I am at the park, so I don’t miss a meal.   So, let’s talk about Combat Crunch.   The flavor I picked up was White Chocolate Raspberry.   My first impression was it had a tangy taste, but then I realized it was Gluten Free.   It is a good tasting bar considering it is Gluten Free.   Gluten Free foods usually don’t taste that great, in my opinion.   Here’s some Dietary info for the bar:                230 Calories                20 grams of Protein                24 grams of Ca...

Before we start, I must recommend that you speak with your doctor before engaging in any exercise program or supplement routine. This week I was sent a sample package from Bucked Up .   The package included a very cool shaker as well as 3 samples of their pre-workout.  I do have to admit the pre-workout had a lot of pressure since this week is one of my hardest weeks.   If you have taken pre workout before you know the basic rule of thumb is to take in on training days 20-30 minutes prior to working out.   This give it time to get into your system and be distributed throughout the body giving you the benefits of the supplement.    The Bucked Up pre-worko...
